In person practice. Building community
What to expect
I invite you to switch off your screens and come to practice with me in person at Beetroot Sauvage Studio.
We like to welcome every season with a two hour practice that usually includes Asana, Pranayama and meditation.
After that, we stay for a hot drink/brunch at the cafe downstairs or at the garden if the weather allows. It is always nice to catch up with those who can linger for a bit, infusing our day with a sense of community.
The world doesn’t really need more people who can bend their bodies into amazing positions. What it needs are kinder, more compassionate, generous people.
