These workshops are open to any students wanting to go deeper into their practice.
Whether Yoga is a new topic or is something very familiar to you already, these workshops will give you the possibility to explore new ideas or review the old ones, ask any questions you might have and socialise with a community with similar interests.
Some workshops offer the opportunity for extended practice and time to direct the attention into a particular topic or part of the body. Others will be more lecture and discussion based, exploring the different limbs of the Yoga tradition.
