Public Classes

Online classes:

Mondays 6,15pm – Public “drop in” – £7/£10

Tuesdays 5pm – Floor based. Chronic conditions, vulnerable – £4

Wednesdays 2pm – Chair based. Chronic conditions, vulnerable  – £1/£3/£5/£10 ( This class is part of the Outreach program of “Edinburgh Community Yoga”)

Wednesdays 5,30pm – public “drop in” – £7/£10

Every week we explore some concepts from the Yoga philosophy during the Asana practice
(postures), followed by Pranayama ( seated breathing practice) and meditation. The length of the classes is 75 minutes.

We usually stop for a few weeks during Christmas and Summer.

Morning ritual  –  First week of every month for 5 days (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 to 8am. – £25

  • September, block 1: starting Monday 30th of August
  • October, block 2: starting Monday 4th of October
  • November, block 3: starting Monday 1st of November
  • December, block 4: starting Monday the 29th of  November

 These classes are independent and not linked to any studio.
